Berry time!


I got dried berry powders (superfood!) for Christmas so I finally got to make berry smoothies.
What I really really miss are the pure berries themselves and making fresh smoothies.
Have to wait until summer and Finland. Not complaining, Holland is good, too. ;-)


Ingredients:
- salad mix of rucola, lollo rossa and swiss chard
- banana
- apple
- orange juice
- acai powder
- blueberry powder (Finnish great superfood berry!)
- msm
- goji berries
- himalayan salt
- buckthorn powder
- water

Basically it's extremely nutritious food. Worth a try!
