Acairyeporridge

The health side of my blog has been pretty non-existant lately.

For a few reasons:
a) my blender went to Finland with Papi
b) my nutrition hasn't lately been anything that exciting to blog about...
in short: Albert Heijn ready made salads (which are really good, no underestimating!), muesli+yoghurt with various super additions (maca, lucuma, goji, acai, pollen, buckthorn, inca, etc.), spirulina pills, chlorella+orange juice mixtures, organic soups, apples, avocados...
c) too many parties...

Therefore it was time to try out something new!

Acai-rye-porridge.

Normal organic rye porridge with acai powder in it.
Adding a nice topping of fresh peach, dried goji berries, pollen and buckthorn powder. Not forgetting the important, pink colored himalayan crystal salt!

A healthy mix worth testing!

In my earlier post I mentioned MSM-shampoo.
Now I've tried it once. Can't really say anything about it yet - whether it was good or not.
I know MSM-shampoo is used when having pain in the head and for taking care of the scalp. Also heard it can help to thicken the hair but not sure about that? Personally, not really in the need of help with any of the three earlier mentioned, but can't find the added usage of MSM from eaten products to shampoo being a bad idea either.

This particular shampoo is from the A.J. van der Pigge -drugstore in Haarlem, placed right by the backside of V&D. It has a quite strong eucalyptus/menthol odour, which is rather funny to have in shampoos. Anywhoo, it did work out well and didn't leave the hair smelling unpleasant.
We'll see if there is any difference in my hair after a few washes.
