Smoothierecover


So much sports, so little food.
A recovering smoothie for the evening:


1 kiwi
1 apple
1 banana
1 nectarine
lucuma
maca
tiny bit of chlorella
salt
pollen
2 apricot kernels
tiny bit of MSM
tiny bit of purple corn flower
water

goji -berries on top

YUM!
