Be good to yourself, be good to your body.

This morning kicked off with a super great super fruit super smoothie.
Now ready for more school work and some sports, perhaps?


Ingredients:

- 3 slices of mango
- 2 slices of cantaloupe melon
- an apple
- two bitter apricot kernels
- some pollen; I put a teaspoonful but "spice to your own taste"
- half a teaspoon of MSM - watch out, remember not to put too much! (the taste might change to something unpleasant)
- an itsy bitsy bit of salt; in this case crystal salt of the Himalayas
- a teaspoonful of honey
- half a teaspoon of maca powder
- half a teaspoon of lucuma powder

...plus add some water/ice cubes


Then blend the ingredients.



And tadaa! Voila, here we are - a tasty, healthy, fruity smoothie to kick off your day.

ps. Yesterday evening we went out for a drink. The age limits to bars here are 16. What a shock it was to see only so young people out. At least that is what they looked like - really young. We had a great evening, thanks to "Borat", lüften lüften, Dutch guys' hair, a Dutch festival youtube -video (which I will not link here, no), and more. Oh, and some latecomers even got lost in Haarlem, didn't you Paolo, Eglé and Gabriele?;-)
